My room, an Executive Double or Twin Room, included a large wardrobe. It featured both a bathtub and a separate shower. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of pastries and hot dishes.
The gym equipment seemed a bit outdated, I think.

The location was beautiful and peaceful. i found the outdoor spaces lovely. I could sit in the sun and enjoy a quiet drink. room service was prompt. The food was delicious. the bedroom was nicely decorated. It featured good size windows.
i noticed the spa was small. one steam room was not working. the inside of the building felt tired.

Underwhelming stay. Staff attentiveness questionable

I had a few issues that really impacted my stay. i requested to sit outside, but nobody came to serve me. the food was slow and incorrect, arriving very late. the food quality was not great. It seemed like an inconvenience to ask for anything.

the staff was very nice! darren and sam at the restaurant and bar really stood out. reception assisted us a lot. the grounds are beautiful. we loved wandering around there. the hotel is perfect for families! it has a great vibe. the food, wow.
The pool area seemed a bit tired. It wasn't quite like the photos.
