fabulous selection helpful staff excellent location small pool few loungers no bar service
The breakfast offered a fabulous selection. all staff were very polite and helpful . the location was excellent. It was very peaceful.
the outdoor pool was small (and not very clean). there were not many loungers available by the pool. there was no bar service at the pool.

My room, an Executive Double or Twin Room, included a large wardrobe. It featured both a bathtub and a separate shower. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of pastries and hot dishes.
The gym equipment seemed a bit outdated, I think.

peaceful location delicious food nicely decorated bedroom
The location was beautiful and peaceful. i found the outdoor spaces lovely. I could sit in the sun and enjoy a quiet drink. room service was prompt. The food was delicious. the bedroom was nicely decorated. It featured good size windows.
i noticed the spa was small. one steam room was not working. the inside of the building felt tired.

Underwhelming stay. Staff attentiveness questionable
slow food service poor food quality
I had a few issues that really impacted my stay. i requested to sit outside, but nobody came to serve me. the food was slow and incorrect, arriving very late. the food quality was not great. It reminded me of an inconvenience to ask for anything.

The hotel offers a very good restaurant. The room had comfortable beds (I even checked the brand!). The location is perfect and sits in well-manicured grounds.

attentive staff fine grounds great food
the staff was very nice! darren and sam at the restaurant and bar really stood out. reception assisted us a lot. the grounds are beautiful. we loved wandering around there. the hotel is perfect for families! it has a great vibe. the food, wow.
The pool area seemed a bit tired. It wasn't quite like the photos.

a nice stay
breakfast selection excellent dinner amazing staff
I found the breakfast selection very nice. Dinner was equally excellent. the hotel staff were amazing. I haven't seen that level of service in ages. the location is beautiful, a real treat to experience.
